The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Consumer Agreement
  • Behavior

A socially appropriate standard of behavior is expected from even our youngest campers. If you have any concerns about your child’s ability to take direction, stay on task, respect the instructions of staff and teachers, refrain from physical or verbal aggression or any other behavioral issue, you MUST let us know at the outset. We are not able to address any clinical conditions. At the elementary grade level, poor behavior may result in dismissal with no refunds.

    Special Needs

Please inform the Director in writing of any condition, physical, emotional or behavioral, which may affect your child in class, and of which we should be aware. Care will be taken to address the individual needs of our campers; however, this program cannot address clinical conditions.

    Refunds

No refunds can be given in respect of missed days. Concerns must be reported before the end of a camp program and should be submitted by email. Once a camp has begun, no refunds can be made for any reason whatsoever. Medical emergencies should be reported and documented. In this case, prorated refunds will be considered.

If we cancel a camp due to low enrolment, we will refund all your money paid, in full. Cancellation notice is given within 7 days of start date.

    Deposits

These are non-refundable. Deposits are credited towards your full fee. Fees should be paid in full prior to the child attending a camp. If fees are not paid in full we may cancel your enrolment and you will forfeit your deposit.

    Withdrawal

If you decide not to attend to the camp, for any reason whatsoever, we must receive notice in writing no later than two weeks prior to the start of the camp, or we will consider you liable for the payment of fees in full.

    Liability

The camp and its instructors make every effort to ensure your child’s safety and well being within reason. Minor injuries and upsets such as cuts, scrapes and bruises may occur in the normal course of events when children play either indoors or outdoors. The instructors will follow normal first aid procedures and will notify parents at pick up. The camp and instructors are not liable for injury or accident on the property.
